  I visited this store at 7:26 pm on a weekday. Their hours listed here and posted on the store front are until 8:00 pm on weekdays. The door was locked and there was one employee inside. He came to the door and explained they closed early because they don't have enough employees, he already stayed late to help other customers, and wouldn't help me. It's on my way home from work, so it's not like I wasted a huge amount of time, but still, like most of my interactions with AT&T, I am routinely disappointed. I get it, the employee there was only scheduled to work until 7 pm, but come on management, get it together, find yourself some employees.
